AdBlue, or diesel exhaust fluid, is a mix of deionised water and high-grade urea sprayed into a diesel exhaust system to cut nitrous oxide emissions. When the system goes wrong it can stop a vehicle running altogether. We diagnose and repair AdBlue faults on diesel cars and vans with the specialist equipment the job requires.

The faults we deal with most often are tank leaks, level sensor failures, pump failures, injector failures, pre-heater and heater failures, fluid contamination, NOx sensor failures, SCR catalyst problems, and the electrical or ECU issues behind them.

This is specialist work. It needs technicians who understand the system and the right diagnostic and repair equipment, both of which we have in the workshop. If you suspect an AdBlue problem, bring it in and we will find it.

Your AdBlue level is checked and topped up as part of every service, but it is worth keeping an eye on it between services just as you would oil or coolant.
